The Administration of Chisinau City Hall commemorated Mihai Eminescu on the 135th anniversary of his passing.

The Chisinau City Hall informs that on Saturday, June 8, 2024, the second edition of the "Chisinau Sports Festival" will take place in the capital.

The sports event will take place in "La Izvor" Park, in the Buiucani sector. The programme includes various sports activities, masterclasses, entertainment and a fair of local and seasonal products.

Participants in the festival will be students of sports schools in the capital, amateur and professional athletes, champions at national and international tournaments, coaches, representatives of sports clubs and federations, as well as the sports community of Chisinau.

The "Chisinau Sport Festival 2024" is open to the general public and will provide an opportunity to get inspired by the best athletes in boxing, gymnastics, kayak-canoeing, karate, football, volleyball, basketball and many other interactive activities. All winners will be awarded by the Chisinau City Hall and partners of the event.

The event organized by the Chisinau City Hall aims to develop and promote Chisinau as a friendly and dynamic city for sports activities.
