The General Mayor, Ion Ceban, is currently on a working visit to Brussels. In the Belgian capital, Ion Ceban had a meeting with the administration of EUROCITIES (Network of European Cities), where he discussed issues related to the accession of Chisinau to the select club of 200 European cities.   

     The mayor noted that Chisinau will prepare the file for membership in the family of 38 municipalities in the European Union and beyond.    

     It should be noted that in case of joining the EUROCITIES network, Chisinau could benefit from several advantages such as project financing, expertise and exchange of experiences in various fields.
