Chisinau City Hall informs that during the weekend: 09-10 December 2023, the sports events organized with the support of the municipality will continue.
Championships will be held as follows:
Chisinau Municipality Cup in Armwrestling among sub-juniors, juniors and youth - 09 December 2023, at the University Sports Complex, Nicolae Testemitanu Street, 24/5.
Participants: UNDER-JUNIORS: 15 years, Girls open, Boys, weight categories: -50 - 60 - 70 - 80 +80;
JUNIORS: 16-18 years, Girls open, Boys, weight category: -55 -65 -75 -85 +85;
YOUTH: 19-23 years, Girls: -60 +60, Boys: -60 -70 -80 -90 +90.

08:00 - 10:00 Registration and weigh-in of competitors;
13:45 - 16:00 Junior qualifiers;
16:00 - 16:30 Junior finals;
16:45 - 19:00 Youth Qualifiers;
19:00 - 19:30 Youth finals;
20:00 - 21:00 Awards ceremony.
About 52 thousand MDL were allocated from the municipal budget for the organization and running of the competitions.
Open championship of Chisinau municipality in volleyball, June category, 6-10 December 2023, Games hall of the "Speranta" sports school, address: 47/2 Ion Creanga street.
96 sportswomen are expected to participate. The competition in the junior category will be attended by students of sports schools, sports associations and clubs from Chisinau municipality and guests from other localities of the Republic of Moldova.

More than 57 thousand MDL have been allocated from the budget of the Chisinau City Hall for the organization and running of the competitions.
Open Cup of Chisinau municipality in Para Powerlifting, December 10, 2023, held at the Specialized Sports School of Weightlifting, Vasile Lupu Street, 23.
The competition will be attended by about 40-50 athletes, students of sports schools from Chisinau municipality, representatives of sports associations and clubs from Chisinau municipality and guests from districts of the Republic of Moldova.

For the organization and holding of the competitions 83 345 lei were allocated from the budget of the Chisinau City Hall.
