Ion Ceban, the General Mayor, had a meeting with specialists from the Russian Federation who support the team from the City Hall, free of charge, in the process of elaboration of the land use planning of the Chisinau municipality.
During the discussions, the mayor thanked the experts for participating in the carrying out process of this important document for the development of the city. "In this context I am grateful to all partners who support us in various projects initiated by the municipality," said Ion Ceban.
The Russian specialists have on their agenda several meetings, workshops and public discussions with various local experts and representatives of local public authorities from Chisinau, as well as with ordinary citizens, etc.
Therefore, during the second stage of work on the land use planning, the necessary data will be collected for the elaboration of the strategic document, which will establish the vision and priorities for the development of the capital, over a longer period of time.
Thus, on Thursday, February 4, at 18:00, at Digital Park, there will be a preliminary consultation with the population of Chisinau on the topics: arrangement of the Bâc riverbed; creating new green areas in the city; rehabilitation of the housing fund; working out of the classifier of educational institutions compilation of the list of elements of the primary social infrastructure; identification of new pedestrian connections, public transport routes and private transport routes.
Also, on Saturday, February 6, at 11:00, at the „Artcor” - Creative Industries Center, there will be a meeting with local specialists in the field of architecture, with the topic: „City identity”.
Both events are public and will be broadcast live on the official website and Facebook page of Chisinau City Hall.
