The Chisinau City Hall informs that the first Municipal Center for Adult Education could be created in the capital. Details regarding the initiation of such a project were discussed today by Ion Ceban General Mayor with the representatives of UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities and UNESCO Moldova during an online conference.
The creation of a profile institution in Chisinau will contribute to providing the necessary assistance to the city's inhabitants in order to integrate and develop from a social point of view.
The General Mayor mentioned that LPA Chisinau aims to offer citizens of any age the opportunity to additionally acquire certain skills and the activities carried out at the Center will meet the needs of applicants.
"Beneficiaries will be helped to integrate and develop socially and professionally. Thus, the employment possibilities will increase and this will contribute to the economic development of the municipality ", Ion Ceban specified.
The project The Municipal Center for Adult Education will promote a functional and modern education system while providing high quality learning and qualification opportunities to meet the needs of citizens.
