The City Hall of Chisinau makes clarifications regarding the statements made in the public space, regarding the translation in Russian of the administrative documents of the local public administration, placed on the official website "chisinau.md".

The management of the informational content of the website of the Chisinau City Hall falls within the responsibilities of the Public Relations and Civil Budget Department. At the same time, we mention that in the said subdivision no translators are employed. At the same time, since the launch of the official website (2008) and so far, no financial sources have been provided in the budget for the maintenance of some translators of the website or the contracting by the municipality of services for this purpose.

Also, the functionality of the Russian version of the page "chisinau.md" was asked repeatedly during 2012 - 2018 by the NGO sector representatives, councilors, MPs etc.

In this context, we mention that the translation into Russian of the most important administrative acts of public interest: decisions, provisions, regulations, placed on the site chisinau.md are ensured from July 2018. The initiative belongs to the SPRM fraction of the Chisinau Municipal Council, which collaborates with a copy-editor, on a voluntary basis, for the translation of the mentioned administrative documents.

During the reference period, 3 provisions of the General Mayor or of the deputy mayors were sent for publication, 33 regulations and 132 decisions of the Chisinau Municipal Council.
