Collaboration agreement between Pretura of the Buiucani Sector and the City Hall of Petroșani, Romania

Chisinau City Hall informs that Buiucani Sector and Petroșani City Hall, Hunedoara County, signed on Monday, January 24, a collaboration agreement to strengthen traditional friendly relations and develop bilateral cooperation between local public administration authorities.

The cooperation agreement will contribute to the diversification of relations between the parties and will produce mutual benefits to the communities of the two localities in social, economic and cultural terms.

The document was signed in the presence of the Ion Ceban, General Mayor, by Vadim Brînzaniuc, the Pretor of the Buiucani Sector and Florin Tiberiu Iacob-Ridzi, Mayor of Petroșani.

Vadim Brînzaniuc mentioned that in the first stage the two public authorities will boost their collaboration relations, especially on the educational dimension, in the pandemic context, as well as in other fields of cooperation of mutual interest.

In this context, Ion Ceban, Mayor General, reiterated that the municipality is interested in sharing the experience gained in the last 2 years by using the information resource dedicated to students and teachers. In October 2021, the third round of the "Online Education Without Borders" Project was launched, where over 2000 institutions from the Republic of Moldova and Romania were registered and will continue their virtual collaboration until the end of the school year ( May 2022) based on the digital resources provided by the library ", concluded the Mayor of the capital.

It is worth mentioning that Chisinau City Hall has established, during 2021, partnerships with several cities, municipalities and capitals from various countries. These actions allow Chisinau to benefit from the exchange of experience and to implement multiple bilateral projects.
